1.1 The process supports the aggregation mode of approval flow and comment flow.

For approval scenarios, the dedicated YIDA further enhances the approval capability of the process. This upgrade has made suggestions on the process layout style of more customers, and customized aggregation of approval flow and comment flow, combine custom information layout to fully improve the readability of complex approval page information. At the same time, the interaction style has been upgraded, and features such as quick reply and DingTalk single chat Quick reminder have been added.

1. Platform settings

• In the design customization, the aggregation mode option of the process layout style option is added in addition to the default independent mode of approval flow and comment flow.
• The process Display style of the existing application is not affected and can be manually enabled in the application settings.

2. Application Settings

• You can enable a dedicated process style layout for the application level.
• Recommend the layout combination is left-right Structure + process aggregation mode. Complex process pages can display information and trigger collaboration more efficiently.

3. Page effect

1. Approval flow and comment flow are automatically aggregated and sorted in chronological order to facilitate unified collaborative management of approval items.

2. Add the default option for quick reply to comments to facilitate relevant responsible persons to quickly participate in collaboration and follow up comments.

• With the exclusive network fence function of DingTalk, YIDA can control more fine words. Only the internal network of the company can download the function of YIDA application accessories.

2Feature Optimization & Repair

• For applications created after 20230815, the scope of Jsapi calls related to the front-end authorization-free will be adjusted. After the governance upgrade, the data security of the enterprise will be effectively improved (for all commercial versions of YIDA)
• Upstream and downstream scenarios: Form view permission. For text-type business fields, the right variable judgment condition of system variables is supported in the data filtering rules, in this way, downstream organizations and department personnel can view data with each other.
