- View range
- The newly created data management page supports multiple views by default;
- The existing data management page maintains the original function and will not be automatically upgraded (manual upgrade is supported later);
- The data management page provided by the system after management does not support upgrading multiple views;
1. View management
- Common forms and flow chart, create a data management page,By default, a table view is all data. You can manually add multiple views;
- Multiple Views. You can adjust the sorting by dragging the title, or you can quickly set the first view.
- The administrator can use the hide/show setting to select the hide/show of the view in the access state.
- Supports basic management such as copying, deleting, and renaming views.
Instructions
- The maximum number of views supported on each data management page is 12. To increase the maximum number, you can submit business scenarios and number requirements through the DingTalk demand channel.
2. Table View
2.1. View introduction
A table view displays form data in the form of a table;
In addition to the default Table View "all data", a data management page can also create multiple table views and perform conditional filtering, field hiding, and list operations on the data, display data in different list rendering rules.
2.2. Application scenarios
The advantage of table view is that it can display multiple pieces of data at a time. If you need to view and manage large amounts of data, you can use this view style.
2.3. Setting steps
2.3.1. Create a View
The generated data management page. The default table view of all data can be deleted and added according to your business needs;
2.3.2. Data filtering conditions
- In this view, you can only view data that meets the filtering criteria;
- Filter conditions support multiple levels, and/or different operator types,Click to view operator details
2.3.3. Field implicit
Operation path: Select Table View> Table Settings> Field Display
Set the fields that need to be hidden to users in this view. All hidden fields are invisible to users in the table and cannot be sorted and filtered by users;
1) The field display setting takes effect only in the View list, and the view and fill-in page of a single piece of data is not affected;
2) each member can only see the fields within its own permissions, and can set display fields separately when viewing data, which is not affected by View Settings.
2.3.4. Custom button
- The list view supports adding custom buttons in the action column.
- Custom button if the available conditions are configured, all data will be displayed in the operation column. However, if the data does not meet the conditions, click the prompt without permission;

3. Gantt chart view
3.1. View introduction
Gantt chart is a horizontal bar chart that displays the time distribution and duration of task data.
The length and position of each bar chart show the start date, end date and duration of each activity. These bar charts are stacked together in rows and can be seen at a glance:

- Start and end dates of the task
- Duration of each task
- The sequence of multiple tasks, whether there is overlap, etc.

3.3.1. Create a View
Operation path: page management> page navigation menu, select Form> generate data management page> create View> create Gantt chart
3.3.2. Time interval
Time interval, setThe fiducial time field of the Gantt chart, that is, the start date, end date field, and time scale. According to this field, the record is displayed as a bar;
- The start time and end time are the creation time and modification time of the data by default. You can customize the date component and date range component in the main form field, if you select a date range component, the start time and end time are the same field.
- Time scale support: View by year, season, month, and week
3.3.3. Data filtering conditions and field implicit
- The data filtering condition logic of Gantt chart is the same as that of table view.
- The field display logic of Gantt chart is the same as that of table view. You can set the display field of the list on the left.
4. View general configuration
The general view configuration is performed by the administrator in the management background.Default view configuration, access state members can be based on thisTemporary modificationAdjustment. Temporary configuration modification cannot be saved. After the access state member enters again, the default configuration of the management state will be restored;
4.1. Management state
In the application management background, the administrator provides the default view configuration for the access state by configuring filter conditions, display columns and order, row sorting rules, and row settings.
The table View style supports four row height styles: low, medium, high, and ultra-high. You can set the table View style for the view.
4.2. Access state
The access status can be temporarily modified based on the default configuration of the administrator, for filtering conditions, display columns and order, row sorting rules, rows and higher levels. Temporary modification configuration cannot be saved, after the access state member enters again, the default configuration of the management state will be restored;
