Add exception listeners and active message alerts

Supported scope:

• The organization supports a maximum of 720 exception messages per day.
• A maximum of 30 exception messages are supported per hour in the organization.

If the trigger node of the integrated automation configuration is configured with automatic approval rules, the automatic approval task will not trigger the automation of the process when the actual process is running.

Multiple automated streams support sequential execution

The default operation mode of the original integrated automation stream isParallel, multiple pieces of data trigger the same integration automation stream and will be executed synchronously.

Support for this additionSequential execution, when enabled, multiple instances of the same integrated automation flow will be executed sequentially, which is applicable to scenarios where data has dependencies before and after. For example, inventory acquisition and update.

Instructions

After sequential execution is enabled, multiple instances of the integrated automation flow will be executed one by one. The execution speed may be relatively slow. Please enable it carefully as needed.

The trigger cycle of scheduled triggering can be longer.

Integration automation is triggered periodically by the date field of the form. The trigger period increases from a maximum of seven days to fourteen days.

Instructions

• The public submission page does not support draft boxes.
• For each form, each member can temporarily store 20 drafts.
• When saving the draft, the serial number field is not assigned, and the assignment rule is executed after the formal submission.
• Draft data is not counted as valid data in storage, and does not participate in and trigger data linkage, report analysis, data factory calculation, etc.
• Errors are not verified when saving drafts (required, unique values, formats, business rules, etc.)
• Draft data does not occupy the number of form Data bars, and attachments in the draft are not included in the attachment Upload volume.

The approval background supports one-click export of flow charts.
