Integrated Automation

In addition to manually added data, new data inserted through the integrated automation process can also trigger related automation processes.

Instructions

• The new integration automation flow takes effect automatically. The existing integration automation flow needs to be re-operated to take effect.
• Existing data (data created by integrating automated streams) cannot be triggered, and incremental data is automatically triggered;
• The date field of flow chart is triggered and will be executed after the process is completed.

Print

When you add a print form, you can print form comments at the same time.

Supported scope:

• Template type: custom print template and jingle print template.
• Application and page type: default details page + custom details page, common Form + flow chart, common application + selected application.

Currently, YIDA is copied based on the role and cannot inherit the management scope of the role. It only takes effect on the approval node. This node is frequently used. If the CC node is based on a role, the management scope cannot be inherited. For historical reasons, only the approver role is supported, and the CC role is not supported. For more information, seeRole members support management scope.	When a CC node is based on a role, it can inherit the management scope by role, just like the approver node.
