YIDA international multi-language capability released, supporting ten languages including simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, français, Japanese, Japanese, portugu, Español, Русский)

• Build multi-language applications:

• Set the application default language:Set multiple languages supported by the application.
• Set application multi-language: supports unified management of multi-language copywriting under applications at the application layer.
• Apply multi-language entry management: One-click translation capability, supports one-click extraction of text under the page and one-click translation according to the page.
• Page multi-language entry management: After the application is enabled in multiple languages, you can select multi-language text management in the left-side menu bar of the page designer to manage multi-language entries on the page.
• Local multi-language entry management: supports maintenance of local multi-language text, one-click translation of local multi-language text, and association of existing text.

• Build a multi-language space:The workspace supports multiple languages. You can set the language range supported by the workspace and manage multiple language entries for the portal.
• Upgrade the old bilingual application: Upgrade to multi-language entries for old bilingual (Chinese and English) applications.
• Switch applications to multiple languages: you can switch the application language in the access status of the application.
• Multi-language support for platform Copywriting:In the application access state, the following fields are supported in multiple languages.

• Ordinary & flow chart
• Broadcast Portal
• Report
• Data Management page
• Custom page
• AIOA space portal
• Print
• Message notification: quick approval message, approval reminder message notification, and CC notification

Build multi-language applications

Set the application default language

Create an application. You can select the default language. The default language supports simplified Chinese or English. The default language function:

• As the default language of the text input during application construction.
• The default language is displayed if the application that you access does not have the environment language.

After the default language is selected, modification is not supported.

Set application multi-language

AvailableApplication Settings>Multi-Language ManagementOn the page, set the language supported by the application.

• Language settings take effect for the entire application
• Supported languages:

• Simplified Chinese: the default language is simplified Chinese.
• Traditional Chinese: traditional Chinese-Hong Kong, China
• English: English
• Français: French
• 한 국 어: Korean
• Japanese: Japanese
• Thai
• Portugu: Portuguese
• Español: Spanish
• Русский: Russian

Apply multi-language entry management

In application multi-language management, you can manage all the texts under the application and translate the texts in all supported languages through one-click translation capability.

After the multi-language application is enabled, you can select multi-language text management in the left-side menu bar of the page designer to manage multi-language entries on the page.

Supported page types: form page, flow sheet page, portal page, and custom page

Note: after the form is upgraded in multiple languages, the previously submitted historical data will not automatically adapt to the new multi-language environment. To ensure that the history can also be adapted to multi-language support, you need to manually activate the display settings for each language by re-editing the data.

Multi-language entry management for local copywriting

Where text input is involved in the application, local multi-language management capabilities can be used to maintain multi-language text, translate with one click, and associate existing text.

Description: the name of the page navigation and process node. Currently, only local multi-language capability management is supported.

(The ability to manage page navigation and process node names in application settings is still under development and is expected to be supported in December.)

• The page name and navigation group name must be manually translated in the page navigation.

• The multi-language translation of the process node name must be manually translated in the node name.

Build a multi-language space

The workspace supports multiple languages. You can set the language range supported by the workspace and manage multiple language entries for the portal.

Application Access switching language

You can use the following steps to switch the application language in the access state of the application, and click personal avatar> language> Select language in the upper-right corner of the page.

Form & flow sheet page	Form or flow chart submission supports multiple languages. The form submission page must be verified in multiple languages. Multiple languages are supported for process approval operations, approval details, and members. Process design supports multiple languages. Multiple languages are supported for quick process approval notifications, approval reminders, and CC notifications. The process approval button for a simple process supports multiple languages.
Custom page
Report	Build and display reports in multiple languages.
Broadcast Portal	The broadcast Portal page supports multiple languages.
Data Management page	The data management page supports multiple languages.

Print	Print supports multiple languages
Import and Export	During batch import, the downloaded import template supports multiple languages. You can export data in multiple languages. When subforms are imported in batches, the downloaded import template supports multiple languages. You can export multi-language tables when exporting data in subforms in batches.
