Capability release
- Dedicated storage: When an application upgrades dedicated storage, you can upgrade file storage or data storage separately.
- Enterprise Logs:
- Enterprise logs can be stored for three years.
- Enterprise logs can be exported for up to 3 years at a time. You can view logs for 6 months online.
- Approval process:
- Optimization of approval opinions: whether the configuration approval comments box is displayed, the default value of configuration approval comments is supported, and whether configuration approval comments are required.
- Flow chart resubmit: The process initiator can withdraw the modification of flow chart in progress and resubmit it for approval after the modification is completed.
- Sign:
- Added support for signing multiple people.
- The description of the text added to the console.

Dedicated storage
Description:
Only YIDA exclusive edition is supported.
Add to dedicated YIDA when you upgrade your application to dedicated storage, you can choose to upgrade file storage or data storage separately. You can applyBasic settingsPage>Exclusive configuration>Dedicated storageUpgrade the experience.
Enterprise Logs
Description:
Only YIDA exclusive edition is supported.
From October, 2024, the log storage duration of the dedicated edition has been extended from 6 months to 3 years. Enterprise Logs of up to 3 years can be exported at a time. You can view logs of 6 months online.
The storage of Enterprise Logs starts from the month when the Enterprise Log is upgraded to a dedicated version, namely:
- Customers who upgrade to a dedicated version after October, 2024 start to store Enterprise Logs from the month of the upgrade.
- For customers who have upgraded the exclusive version before October, 2024, the stored log records can be traced back to April, 2024 as early.
Approval process
Custom settings for approval comments
Description:
- Only YIDA exclusive edition is supported.

The approval comments are optimized. Whether the approval comments box is displayed, the default value of the approval comments is supported, and whether the approval comments are required. You canApprover node>Approval button>Approval commentsConfigure.
Flow chart resubmit
Description:
- Only YIDA exclusive edition is supported.

The process initiator can withdraw the flow chart in progress and submit it for approval after the modification is completed.Re-initiation means that after the author initiates the process, the process can be withdrawn at any time before the process is completed and returned to the editing state to be submitted.
After the data is re-modified and submitted again, the process will be re-initiated and approved from the beginning. You canForm settings>Permission settingsPage modification submit status permission enabledResubmitThe operation permission.

- The maximum number of visa holders cannot exceed 10.
In the signing approval scenario, add support for signing multiple people.
