Product Capability Upgrade

Hierarchical permission management:Implement precise permission Division

This allows the platform sub-administrators to assign permissions as needed, with limited permissions and data security authorization as needed to adapt to the complexity of the organizational structure.

Services such as complex organizational relationships and business leaders can provide sub-administrator capabilities of the hierarchical management platform according to scenarios and organization scope.

• The management permissions of the platform sub-administrator are assigned by the platform administrator, and can only manage specific management scope or management function scenarios specified by the main administrator.
• Sub-administrators may not be able to access or manage applications or services that are not explicitly assigned to them.

Application global configuration: manages the default application behavior of an enterprise

• Simplify the advanced configuration of applications in batches, ensure that all new applications follow the guidelines of organizational architecture policies, and set default configuration items for applications in batches.
• Allows administrators to define a series of basic O & M configurations, which will be applied to each application created on the platform as the default value.

Application settings: add a dedicated configuration module

• Each application can be assigned by department to refine the ownership and application governance capabilities.
• In each application, you can view and configure the exclusive functions of specific applications separately, enrich the application master data information, and manage enterprise low-code data assets.

Internationalization: English language high frequency scenario optimization

• Optimize more than 70 high-frequency Chinese and English multi-language copywriting on the YIDA platform, covering the Data Management page, approval process, and Portal high-frequency product module.
• After the system language is switched to English, the automatic display switching between Chinese and English is further improved.

Single Sign-On: supports OAuth2, OIDC, and CAS

• YIDA single sign-on allows users to access multiple applications and services within the enterprise by logging on to the internal account system at a time.
• The unified identity Authentication module provides a secure and convenient single sign-on solution. This time, it supports mainstream identity Authentication protocols, including OAuth2, OIDC(OpenID Connect), and CAS(Central Authentication Service).
• Note: The current co-created customers need the cooperation of the original factory. Please submit a co-created application.

Process prediction: supports CC prediction

• Exclusive YIDA in addition to predicting approvers and executors, this new pre-prediction of CC node types is added.
• Help the initiator prejudge the list of process handlers and evaluate the status of process participants in advance.

Submit forecast and details approval flow	On the approval details page, the approval flow automatically predicts the CC node information.

Process approval: supports automatic deduplication by approver.

Integration Center: Enterprise-owned approval Task Center

If the enterprise has multiple historical processes OA and maintains its own approval mid-end system, the dedicated YIDA has opened the organization-level approval event docking for such situations.

After the connector is configured, each task (all tasks) approved by each YIDA application in the organization will be automatically pushed to the service address registered in the following figure, in the corresponding service callback, the enterprise can selectively process and consume YIDA of the approval-related events at its own discretion.
