Updated 2022.08.31-supports DingTalk official application data interconnection

YIDA data preparation ETL: added interconnection to DingTalk official application data sources, including data sources such as rosters, OA approval, intelligent personnel (entry and exit, transfer to a regular position), and general business indicators.

1. Data Preparation add DingTalk data sources

Version benefits

For different paid versions, data factories support different data sources of DingTalk. This release is the VIP version data access capability of online DingTalk.

Main fields of each dataset:

General indicators:

The number of contacts, the number of log submissions, the log submission rate, the total number of sending DING, the total number of group chats, the number of reimbursement orders, and the number of documents created in the past day.

Rosters:

Employee name, position, job number, department name, probation period type, entry time, and transfer time.

OA approval:

The form defines business fields, submitter, submission time, approver, approval status, approval completion time, and approval records.

Intelligent personnel:

Entry time, post rank, transfer time, transfer level, resignation Time, reason for resignation, etc.

Attendance:

Personnel name, department, clock-in time, whether to work overtime, whether to arrive, attendance group name, whether to be in the field, whether to lack cards

Note: YIDA other versions (and versions without data preparation) are not supported for DingTalk data sources.

2. Permission configuration

DingTalk administrative permissions for official applications

You must have the primary and sub-administrator permissions of the DingTalk official application to read the specific data content in the YIDA data preparation ETL.

You can manage permissions on both the mobile phone and the OA management background. A DingTalk Administrator. If you are in multiple permission groups, the combined maximum permission range is obtained.

Dataset permissions

YIDA add independent permission control for all datasets. In the data consumption scenario, the dataset with permission is set to the person who will perform data in real time (who can see it) and the row permission (rule configuration), column permissions (field range) are filtered and controlled.

With the use of richer data scenarios within YIDA, data permission control for consumption scenarios such as reports and large screens will be necessary. The configuration interface is as follows:

On the datasets page, select a specific dataset and set permissions.

Q: Is the data updated in real time or the next day

A: Currently, only [OA approval] is available in real time. By default, general indicators, rosters, and intelligent personnel (inbound, transfer, and outbound) are Updated at 0:00 the next day.

Q: How can an administrator with official application data permissions further configure data permissions after creating a dataset through a data factory

A: After data is prepared and processed, A new independent dataset is generated based on the data permissions of the latest publisher. The default row and column permissions for this dataset depend on the permissions of the last Publisher. On this basis, you can configure independent dataset permissions.

Q: What is the data range for OA approval? Whether it is full OA approval data

A: Currently, only OA approval data generated within one year is provided.
