2021.11.03 update-YIDA 3.0 Information architecture upgrade

At present, the information architecture upgrade has completed the full release for non-educational organizations, and the full upgrade is expected to be completed for educational organizations by the middle of January;

Upgrade purpose

This is mainly aimed at the overall upgrade of the information architecture of the YIDA application building background, which mainly solves the following problems in the process of User :

1. Functional layout confusion

For example, several channels for application publishing include publishing to the DingTalk workbench, distributing applications from superior organizations to subordinates, distributing applications from service providers to customers, and publishing applications to the YIDA template center. These channels are distributed in different places, scattered distribution is hard to find.

2. Unreasonable information classification and stratification
3. Unclear building steps, users cannot clearly know how much content there is in application construction and page design, what should be done first and what should be done again
4. The link is not smooth., the build process has repeated turn-back operations, affecting the build efficiency

For example, every time you build a form, you must return to Process Design, page settings, and permission configuration, and then click enter to modify the form.

Upgrade overview

Upgrade the overall information architecture of YIDA. Create a platform-level, application-level, and page-level information architecture to make the construction steps clearer and the interactive links smoother.

1. Information layering, clustering, integration and reshaping to build a framework; (the framework meets scalability)
2. Guided design makes the building process streamlined and grow up;
3. Interactive link optimization and immersive construction.

Three steps to guide application construction: page management, application settings, and application Publishing;

Four steps for page building: Page Design, (process design), page settings, and permission settings.

• Special instructions for upgrading:For applications that meet any of the following conditions, the new framework has not been upgraded. After the upgrade is completed, the new framework will be automatically upgraded.

• The simple process designer has not upgraded the new version of the application;
• The data management page has not been upgraded to new storage applications (400 + applications on the whole platform);Check whether it is an old storage application
• 1.0 and 2.0 applications. The new framework is not supported.
