1. Upgrade overview

All members of the organization can view and add data such as interface people, roles, and services, which involves issues such as unauthorized organization management data;

This upgrade and optimization is mainly to realize the refined permission control of data viewing, editing and adding in "platform management" to ensure the consistency of authority; After the upgrade, the permissions of each content of platform management are assigned as shown in the following figure, among which the red part is the change adjustment item of this time;

Permission control principles:

• Members with application development permissions: You can view and add data such as various roles, interfaces, services, and message notifications on the platform;
• Platform hypermanagement and administrators of various resources: editable roles, interface people, services, message notifications, and other data

2.1 Basic information

2. 2 Organization Management> YIDA role/interface person

Existing role

• Edit permission: platform administrator and role maintainer can edit;
• View permissions: platform administrator and maintainer + application administrator + main administrator of each application;

Add a role

• The platform administrator, application administrator, and primary administrator of each application can be added;

The interface and message notification template have the same permissions as YIDA roles;

2.3 Developer> service registration

Existing services

• Public service

• View permission: all members of the organization are visible
• Edit permission: The platform administrator and the administrator of each service can edit

• Non-public service

• Edit permission: The platform administrator and the administrator of each service can edit it;
• View permissions: platform administrator and maintainer + application administrator + main administrator of each application;

Add a role

• The platform administrator, application administrator, and primary administrator of each application can be added.
