1. Upgrade overview

To resolve YIDA page messagesHigh use threshold, long configuration link/poor experience, unable to quickly send messages to DingTalk IM specified group or person, single message style/content"And other pain points, YIDA upgraded the overall page-level message configuration, and quickly sent card messages to specified groups or individuals by providing message templates, help business processes reach and collaborate better within the DingTalk system.

The core add/adjust function modules are as follows:

1. 提供7个（卡片）消息模板: The page supports quick messages. By providing one job notification message template and six high-frequency card message templates, one step into the group or send it to individuals after activation; The card message has a good experience by default, message content can be displayed in graphic fields, and the content is displayed more intuitively.
2. 消息配置用户分层: provides simple/more configuration modes to meet the configuration requirements of Xiaobai users for complex message scenarios from 0 to 1.

Applicable range: ApplicableCommon form/Flow chart(Support simple new version of process designer, not suitable for old version of advanced process designer)Page-level message notification, platform-level message notification and integration automation/process designer message notification nodes do not support the above capabilities.

3.2 quick enable page message template

Page-level messages provide message templates for one job notification, four interactive cards, and two group top cards. You can select any of the following message templates to quickly enable and send messages.

Take the high-frequency "graphic details card" template as an example. After you click Enable, all configurations of "New data reminder" are beautiful by default. After you click OK, when the new document is created successfully, the initiator will receive the following card information in a single chat. If you have other configuration requirements, you can modify the template content yourself. For example, send a message to a specified group or enable more settings.
