1 Product Capability Upgrade
I. Dedicated storage: database model upgrade
- This product update,Dedicated YIDA [dedicated storage] data architecture upgrade. Form business data is upgraded from Json mode to more structured relational data physical determinant mode, providing a storage data architecture that is easier to expand and analyze in the form of physical storage columns.
- For an organization's dedicated storage database, each form provides a physical bottom table and each form component field provides one (or more) physical columns. It is convenient to integrate data accumulated by low-code innovation business into enterprise data mid-end and data analysis Lake.

Q: Does the existing application support switching the physical column mode?
- Currently not supported. When an application is created, the database storage mode of the application has been determined. ContactAccount ManagerAfter the new application is activated for the organization, the new storage mode can be used for persistent storage.
- You are expected to customize the one-click upgrade in the next dedicated version.
Q: Are there any precautions for enabling the application of physical columns?
- The current online version is an organization-level unified behavior, that is, all new applications are enabled in physical column storage mode by default, control is not supported separately (custom control is expected in the next dedicated version).
- Currently, the application of physical columns is enabled. In some scenarios of [report] and [my to do], the data is not displayed correctly (the version is expected to be optimized at the end of December).
Q: In the physical column mode, a form component corresponds to at least one (or more) physical column. Is there a maximum number of fields?
- You can store up to 1,000 column fields in a database. After the underlying model is exceeded, new components of the form are prohibited from saving.
Q: Which data table types are covered in this upgrade?
- Form data. YIDA has a variety of dataset types. This time, the fill-in data in forms and flow chart is involved.
Q: Does the application of physical storage column mode support replication?
- Replication is supported, but the business data store after replication is in Json mode by default. (Currently, only blank new applications support the physical column mode, and the replication capability of existing applications will be gradually improved later)

QuickBI is isolated from the current account system of YIDA. You need to set the relevant configuration ID for data authorization and identity identification.

FAQ:
Q: Is there any version requirement for QuickBI Heyi
- Data Source connection requires specific product version Requirements. QuickBI requires the latest public cloud-Professional Edition or the latest private edition. YIDA dedicated edition base needs to enable application-specific storage and physical column mode.
- The privatization scenario is currently supported. Please contact the after-sales manager of Alibaba Cloud QuickBI to deploy and upgrade the latest version;
- The public cloud scenario is still in gray scale. It is expected to be released in mid-November 23. Please pay attention to the latest product release log QuickBI.
Ask whether the existing application supports switching the physical column mode.
- Not supported. When creating an application, the storage type of the application has been determined.

- The data in the db, which is only a form-type dataset.
Ask how to obtain the relevant parameter configuration when creating a data source.
- Currently, the account system that is suitable for QuickBI has not been directly connected. You need to configure relevant parameters and keys to implement data identity authorization. Each YIDA data source is actually a specific YIDA application data source. Application information can be quickly obtained in YIDA-Application Management-deployment O & M and quickly filled into QuickBI data source parameters (red box section below).
III. Enterprise Performance: upgrade the interface, add details of authorized access data and 30-day access data
1. UI upgrade of enterprise performance
- The UI of the enterprise performance analysis page has been upgraded, and the View details entry has been added, and the product guide introduction has been added.

2. Add authorized access data
- Large enterprises often purchase more platform licence authorized accounts. Whether authorized employees are active in use is an important reference value for the digital cost and business value of enterprises.
- You can view the details of the last access time records of all authorized personnel in the organization. The details can be exported in Excel (the default first time is the day when the personnel are authorized).
- The platform administrator of the organization can formulate an enterprise-owned account management policy based on whether it is active (the last access time), and temporarily freeze accounts used for inactive access in the authorization management field.
3. Platform access data expanded from 7 days to 30 days
V. Upstream and downstream organizations: downstream organizations support data upload image attachments
- Downstream organizations use applications distributed by upstream organizations to submit attachments such as images and files in the form.
- After the data is submitted, the attachment is directly stored in the top travel backbone organization, and the data belongs to the backbone enterprise.
VI. Superior and subordinate organizations: superior organizations can authorize subordinate organizations after purchasing accounts.
- In the upper-level organization scenario, the Superior can unify the purchase account and authorize the subordinate organization to use licence of the application.
- By default, the newly purchased organization supports the application distributed by the superior organization to the members of the subordinate organization and authorized access by the superior.
